When Tian Tian's little foot touches ground in America for the first time, 

at that moment she automatically becomes an American citizen.

Goodbye Buddhaful Hong Kong

Today was our last day, 

day 22 of our adventure

it ended on a high note

here we are on the cable car 

riding up to see the big Buddha

having a great time

we discovered early on that Sasha is a thrill seeker

we got to the top and walked around, 

did some investigating

what a lovely place 

and a wonderful ending to our trip

it was magical up here

this is a bodi tree

Melanie and I bought kites to bring home

and matching friendship bracelets

 the little one is Sasha's wrist

on our way back down the mountain

we'll be sure to follow the directions

inside the cable car

maybe this is a message from the Buddha 

my lucky number flashed by

Sasha waved goodbye to China

we told her all about the airplane 

she will ride on tomorrow

sometimes you need to look back 

and remind yourself where you came from

to help you understand where you are going

and we promised to help her remember 

all the wonderful people, places, and things 

she should never forget here
